मु.पो.महाराष्ट्र — read it in full and it says Mukkam Post Maharashtra, the two words that open every address in rural Maharashtra: the village, the post office, the exact corner of the state a letter is bound for.

We built the menu the same way. Not a misal counter, not a vada pav stall, not a thali restaurant — a little of everywhere, one stop at a time. Kolhapur's misal, the countryside's thalipeeth, Mumbai's vada pav, the Konkan coast's kokam and solkadi, the everyday poha that's made in every Maharashtrian home — each cooked in its own city, in its own tradition, and gathered here onto one plate for the first time.
